Did Graphics Factory Rip Off My Cat?

I got an email from a client who pointed out the striking similarities between my cartoon cat and a cat posted on Robert Gillen’s GraphicsFactory.com. In my opinion it’s quite a blatant derivative, but you be the judge:

I emailed them a couple of times about this but have yet to receive a reply.

Looks pretty obvious to me.
I hope you’ll write a follow up to this story. I’m anxious to hear their explaination.
