Fantastic video about your 5th Amendment rights. We as a nation are actually rather stupid about the rights we have as citizens of this nation of ours.

The constitution is a powerful force that is regularly ignored by not only the citizens of this country by the police, justice system, and above all the political system. Most state constitutions have a section that not only allows, but requires the citizens of that state to resist any law that violates their constitution and citizens should do so on a federal level as well.

Sadly, our government has not passed laws that would make the creation or enforcement of any law that violates our constitutional protections a criminal offense. in my humble opinion I think that doing so would cause politicians to take a lot more care before passing laws that however popular they may be, violate those rights our forefathers held to be self-evident.

In the end though the only wisdom I can share is that we as a people here in America get the government we deserve if we do not stand up and assume the authority that our legal system gives us freely.

Thank you for sharing this with us and keep up the great work on informing your readers about their civil and criminal rights.

Most people think that you have to speak with them when they are asking questions. A great example is when police ask for the ids of passengers in cars during routine traffic stops. They do not have to give their names since they have not commited a crime. The police just want them to see if they can catch someone who is wanted.
