What Would You Ask an Art Director?

Nate over at Illustration Mundo started an interesting thread this morning looking for suggestions on what you would ask an art director if you had the opportunity. Join in!
I’m going to do some interviews with art directors/designers in the near future and I’d like to know what type of information you would like to know? and if there are any art directors/designers specifically who use a lot of illustration that would be good interview candidates.

Hello Mr. Fitzpatrick, I am trying to learn how to draw cartoons with Flash.
How do you separate the thick and thin line weights in your cartoons?
When I select the drawing to make only the outside lines thick, the whole drawing becomes thick on the inside.
Could you please give me some advise on the technique?
