The Zoomquilt

I just stumbled upon this nifty little collaborative art project that has me thoroughly impressed and wondering why I haven’t seen this somewhere before now. I can’t stop zooming. I didn’t find much information on this project other than visiting a few of the participating artist’s websites. It looks like 15 artists and illustrators got together and created about 45 pieces of interlinking art that “grow” off the previous images. After the page loads, click start then click & drag up or down with your mouse to zoom in and out. Go here to view the thing and then check out the main page where it lists the contributors. The little squares to the right of their names I assume, are links to the art they created. Fascinating!
